Warm Sunflower Kale Salad

This is a new recipe I tried at the recommendation of my Ayurvedic health practitioner, Christina Vargas. I never liked kale, it has a weird texture for me. But this warm salad is AMAZING! So yummy and has such a great variety of flavors and textures. This is a tasty way to get your serving of greens in, give it a try and tell me what you think!

I’m usually cooking for just myself, so I modified this recipe to one serving. Find the original recipe here
