The mind is the strongest muscle in the body. It is also the most difficult to train and control. Phrases like “mind running a mile a minute” and “mind over matter” indicate the power the mind has over how we live. With consistent and deliberate practice we can learn to focus the mind to concentrate on whatever task we give it.
